We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx to deliver orders.

D. Address Changes

Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@EcoTablewares.com to request an address update.

F. Damaged Parcels in Transit

  • If a parcel is damaged, reject it from the courier and contact our customer service.

  1. Shipping Method: Standard economy ground service, with carriers selected by the manufacturer.
  2. Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (occasional delays may occur due to manufacturer coordination).
  3. Transit Time: 1 to 5 business days (varies by manufacturer location and delivery destination).
  4. Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email after the order is dispatched.
  5. Updates: We will notify you promptly of any unforeseen delays in processing or shipping.

H. International Orders

This policy primarily applies to USA orders. International orders may be subject to additional terms, including customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
